In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ok222", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the ok222.im platform and all associated services made available to registered players in Bangladesh.
• "Platform" refers to the ok222 website at ok222.im, including all betting markets, casino games, account management tools, and support functions accessible through that domain.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the ok222 Platform or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal account opened by a Player on the ok222 Platform, which stores the Player's credentials, wallet balance, betting history, and preferences.
• "Wallet" refers to the virtual balance held within a Player's ok222 Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳), from which bets and casino wagers are funded and to which winnings are credited.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet tokens, or matched deposit funds credited to a Player's Account by ok222 under a specific promotional offer, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory where access to online gambling services is expressly prohibited under applicable law.
• "KYC" refers to the know-your-customer identity verification process required by ok222 before a Player's first withdrawal or upon request by the ok222 compliance team.

Access to the ok222 Platform and participation in any betting or casino activity is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout the duration of the Player's Account:

• The Player must be at least 21 years of age. ok222 does not permit access to, or use of, any part of the Platform by persons under the age of 21. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced.
• The Player must be a natural person accessing the Platform from Bangladesh on a personal, non-commercial basis. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• The Player must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, whether through a VPN, proxy, or any other means designed to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• The Player must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ok222 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• Each individual may register only one Account on the ok222 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with associated balances reviewed for eligibility at ok222's sole discretion.
• The Player must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration, including their full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a functional email address. ok222 may reject or suspend any Account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

Players are responsible for the proper management and security of their ok222 Account at all times. The following rules apply to all registered Accounts on the Platform:

• Players must keep their login credentials — including username and password — strictly confidential. Credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• ok222 strongly recommends enabling OTP-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on all Accounts. Players who have not enabled 2FA accept a higher personal risk of unauthorised access.
• All activity conducted through a Player's Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is presumed to have been authorised by the Account holder unless the Player has reported a security compromise to ok222 support prior to such activity occurring.
• Players must notify ok222 immediately at [email protected] if they suspect unauthorised access to their Account. ok222 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the Account during the review process.
• Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting ok222 support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Wallet (net of applicable Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
• ok222 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account that has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Prior written notice will be provided to the registered email address before any dormant account action is taken.

All financial transactions on the ok222 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals made by Players:

4.1 Deposits. ok222 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to the Player's Wallet following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ok222 does not charge fees on deposits; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges for which ok222 accepts no liability.

4.2 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within one to four (1–4) hours for verified Accounts using supported local payment methods. ok222 reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or pending KYC review. Players may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in their own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Verification of Transactions. ok222 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual transaction patterns are identified. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) calendar days of the request will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the Player's Wallet.

4.4 Refusal of Transactions. ok222 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where required to do so by applicable law or guidance from a competent authority.

• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Players must not use ok222 as a funds transfer mechanism. Depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity is considered misuse of the Platform.
• ok222 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment service provider, network outages, or bank processing times beyond ok222's control.

ok222 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as published on the relevant promotion page on ok222.im at the time of the offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all ok222 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed registration and, where required, identity verification on the ok222 Platform.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, payment method, or any other identifier used by ok222 to establish unique Player identity.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited without notice.

6.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on the ok222 Platform are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. ok222 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at incorrect odds, or where the event outcome was already known at the time the bet was accepted. In-play bets may be rejected if placed after the relevant event moment has occurred, even if the Platform has not yet updated the market status.

6.2 Casino Games. All casino games available through the ok222 Casino are provided by third-party game suppliers including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are governed by the game supplier's own rules documentation, which is accessible within the game interface. ok222 is not liable for technical errors or interruptions originating within a third-party game provider's systems.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within each betting market and game interface. ok222 reserves the right to impose individual Player stake limits at its sole discretion without prior notice, particularly where unusual betting patterns have been identified.

6.4 Winnings and Payouts. Winnings are credited to the Player's Wallet automatically upon settlement of the relevant event or game round. Settlement of sports markets is based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding result data, ok222's decision, made in good faith on the basis of available official information, shall be final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ok222 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions, entitling ok222 to immediately suspend or permanently close the offending Account and, where applicable, forfeit the Account balance:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details, for the purpose of circumventing Account limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or any other purpose.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of a betting market or casino game, including chip-dumping in poker-style games.
• Exploiting identified software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors that are clearly inconsistent with the Platform's normal operation.
• Using the Platform to launder funds or engage in any other activity that constitutes a financial crime under applicable Bangladeshi law.
• Providing false, forged, or borrowed identity documents during the KYC verification process.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at ok222 staff or other Players through any support or communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or other location-masking technology in order to circumvent geographic access restrictions.

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and other materials forming part of the ok222 Platform are the intellectual property of ok222 or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property law. No Player or third party may reproduce, distribute, transmit, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ok222 content without express prior written authorisation from ok222.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ok222 Platform for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to downloading, copying, or redistribution of Platform content for any purpose beyond personal use.

ok222 collects, processes, stores, and uses Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at ok222.im/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an Account on the ok222 Platform, Players consent to the collection and use of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ok222 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer Player personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay), game providers, identity verification services, and fraud prevention partners solely to the extent required to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ok222's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ok222 Wallet during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ok222 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, even if ok222 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

ok222 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or third-party service failures may cause temporary unavailability. ok222 will endeavour to minimise downtime and provide advance notice of planned maintenance where operationally feasible.

ok222 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all registered Players in Bangladesh. ok222 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — that are accessible from within every registered Account at no charge.

Players who believe their gambling may be causing harm to themselves or others are encouraged to make use of these tools immediately and to contact ok222 support at [email protected] for further assistance and signposting to external support resources. ok222 may, at its sole discretion, enforce responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player may be experiencing gambling-related harm.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the ok222 Platform. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, Players are encouraged to contact ok222 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.

ok222 will acknowledge formal complaints submitted to [email protected] within five (5) business days and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within twenty-eight (28) calendar days. ok222's decision on any dispute, reached in good faith on the basis of available evidence and in accordance with these Terms, shall be considered final.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between ok222 and each Player with respect to the subject matter herein, and supersede all prior representations, communications, or agreements (whether written or oral) relating to that subject matter.
